Account & Data Deletion

My Water Waifu is developed and operated by Rivera LLC.

Delete your account in the App

  1. Open My Water Waifu and go to Profile.
  2. Select Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Request deletion without App access

Email joshs@riverawaterbuddy.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your My Water Waifu account. Rivera LLC may ask you to verify that you own the account before completing the request.

What is deleted

Your account and associated App data are deleted, including your email and account information, hydration data, profile details, reminder settings, selected character, custom character prompts, and generated character images.

Timing and limited retention

Rivera LLC completes verified deletion requests within 30 days. Rivera LLC may retain limited information when required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce agreements. Any retained information is kept only for as long as required for those purposes.

App-store purchase records held by Apple or Google are controlled by those companies and are subject to their own retention and deletion practices.
